Dr. Weiss is available for neuropsychological consultation in certain legal cases and expert witness testimony. She has extensive experience as an expert witness in child custody cases, personal injury cases, disposition cases in placement for juveniles and adults in the prison system, and Child Protective Services cases. She is qualified as an expert witness in the California court system.

Dr. Weiss's fee for in-court testimony is $500 per hour. Neuropsychological consultation for legal cases is $350 per hour.
